Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy
Participants, who decide to attend our program, will be evaluated by a licensed Occupational or Physical Therapist. The individualized treatment program will be developed for individuals based on their needs. Participants will have therapeutic exercises based on their needs every time they attend the program. The goal of Turlock ADHC is to maintain or develop the level of independence of participants.

Nutrition
Turlock ADHC has a Registered Dietitian for assessing individuals' special dietary needs. A nutritious morning snack and a hot meal will be provided every day.

Nursing
Turlock ADHC has hired Registered Nurses that are available to monitor participant's health status. Our trained staffs work close with primary physicians to meet the medical needs of our clients.
Some of the services are as follows:
- Vital signs
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Reporting any unusual health problems to primary physicians
- Health education and etc.

Psychosocial services
We have full time social workers on our staff and also contracted a licensed clinical social worker who both can meet the psychosocial needs of our participant. Our professional's goal is to educate and provide counseling services to both participants and their families. Referral will be made to community resources when needed.

Speech Therapy
We provide speech therapy services for participants who have language disabilities or swallowing impairment.

Transportation
Transportation is provided for our clients from and to their homes on daily basis free of charge.
