Eligibility Criteria:
- Medical/Mental problems
- Impaired Activities of Daily Living
- Therapy to improve or maintain
- High risk for institutionalization
Our participants should meet all 4 criteria to be able to attend our program.

What is the Cost?
Medical covers 100 % of the cost for Medi-Cal recipients. There is also affordable private pay available for those who do not have Medi-Cal.
